Vom Hause Jaras Rottweilers is located near Columbus Ohio. We are a short distance from Cleveland, and Dayton Ohio. We live on our 65 acre farm that allows us plenty of space and the quality of life that our dogs deserve. We are a small hobby kennel that shows, trains and breeds excellent quality rottweilers. Our dogs have space to run and a lake to allow them to swim and have fun.
VHJ was started about 12 years ago and has worked hard to produce top quality, pedigree packed, show worthy puppies. Whether you’re looking for a pet or a show dog, we are here to help new owners with any questions or concerns 24/7. We have produced all types of dogs for all lifestyles. We understand the Rottweiler breeds, temperament that allows our judgement to help families pick the right puppy. Some of our Rottweiler offspring are available for Schutzhund, carting, herd working, agility, service dogs and show winners! Our Rottweiler kennel has been showing Adults and Rottweiler puppies of all ages in USRC, RKNA, UKC, IABCA events. We even have flown to Germany for the ADRK World Seiger Klubshows. Many of our Rottweiler males and Rottweiler female bloodlines have competed in these world events.
Our lines are known to produce excellent character that is breed typical along with phenomenal structure and type. Our Rottweiler breeding program focuses on the FCI standard including we DO NOT dock tails. Our Male Rottweilers and female Rottweilers all have JLPP test certified, Cardiac, eyes, and dentition through OFA or the european foundation. All our import dogs have DNA from AKC to insure you are comfortable you are getting a pure bloodline. All our Rottweilers have their hips and elbows certified through OFA or Europe.
We offer a Rottweiler Stud service to females with high show quality. We have certain requirements and would love for you to give us a call for a future breeding with your female. We require all females to have a Brucellosis test before mating with results Negative only. NO Exceptions.
We first train our Rottweiler puppies to be social. We have 5 children that help us hold them, cut nails,check feet ears, and walk them on a leash. We constantly take our puppies to places so others can interact. Most of our puppies have lots of prey drive for the ball. Our children play ball with them every day. Our daughter Kendall received best youth handler and was printed in the Total Rottweiler magazine 2 times.
